This is a Lower Complete Denture / Mandibular CD which was fabricated for a 83 year old male patient. The patient’s mandible is severely atrophic. Atrophic mandible presents problems of retention, phonetics, function and instability. An alterntive method of restoring atrophic mandible is by placing mini dental implants (Small Diameter Implants – SDI) to support the lower complete denture (implant overdenture).

Lower Complete Denture - Occlusal

A Lower Removable Partial Denture with flexible framework was made for a 30 year old female patient. Missing teeth are 34, 35 , 36, 37 ,38, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 FDI Two-Digit Notation, lower left first premolar, second premolar, lower left first molar, second molar and third molar, lower right first premolar, second premolar, lower right first molar, second molar and third molar.

Lower Flexible Removable Partial Denture Occlusal

Lower or mandibular removable partial denture with flexible framework. Remaining teeth are 31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43, FDI Two-Digit Notation (lower left central incisor, lateral incisor and cuspid; lower right central incisor, lateral incisor and cuspid). It was fabricated for a female patient whose profession demands a more aesthetically pleasing denture.

One Piece Casting Removable Partial Denture Mandibular

A lower complete denture indicated for rebase. Mold and stain are also present lingual to anterior and posterior denture teeth.
